Wacken rocks Berlin - sold out!
The party at the White Trash in Berlin while the Popkomm fair, organized by the Wacken crew has been a complete success.
The popular and well known club has been crowded with metalheads all night long who wanted to celebrate a big party with the W:O:A crew. Local heroes Havanna Heat Club opened the evening at the stage of the White Trash with their energetic, sweatening Rock N Roll.
Followed from the ladies of Girlschool who recently signed a record deal with Wacken Records. Their new album Legacy will be released at the 24th of october 2008. After 30 years the british quartet still knows how to persuade the crowd from their live qualities and made the people rock.
During the change-overs BugGirl from Australia played at the restaurant and elated the crowd with every set.
Finally the surprise act hit the stage. Doro played an exclusive acoustic set with Wacken employee YONG at guitar, which consisted of three songs: All We Are, Für Immer and Burning the Witches. The crowd went mad and with applause and shoutings the live set ended. Finally Doros new Top-Single Celebrate has exclusively been presented.
The Aftershow party with music from DJ Alban from the Rockcafe Hamburg went till the mourning and one thing is for sure: This event will be repeated next year.
