Metal Meltdown - Festival news and info!
This years MIDWINTER MELTDOWN one-day-festival is now set to go, and
with an impressive lineup!
The headliner is the legendary Danish thrash metal band ARTILLERY, who needs no further presentation, Thrash metal when it's the best.
EMPIRE DROWNS is one of the new significant Gothic Rock bands from Copenhagen and as the tradition says, the local heroes CLONECIRCLE, will give a theatrical show with their gothic-darkness-metal as one of the few on the Industrial scene in Denmark. KOLD SVED is a new exciting
Rock’n’Metal band who gives a lesson in Danish Groove. HELLS DOMAIN will
give a lesson in what the Danish thrash metal scene looks like in 2013. And the
brand new local metal hope in Randers, LEVIATHANS OCEAN, will open the
the evening with their Atmospheric and catchy metal.
There will also be a metal-market with merchandise, CD’s, LP’s, DVD’s etc.
The project group Midwinter Meltdown has it’s purpose to promote this new breed, and to set Randers on the map as a metal town!
The event group is a collaboration between Midwinter Meltdown, MsM Booking (a local booking agency and recording studio) and Café Von Hatten, and is also financially supported by the City council of Randers!
The whole group is a non-profit organization and all works as volunteers! If there is any kind of income, it will all be transfered to next years event!
So join up on the event, let your hair down and headbang the night away!
