After Vomitory, it was time for more Swedish death with the guys from Grave.

Grave had pulled an impressively large crowd out into the warm Czech sunshine, and even though the audience took it rather calmly, apart from loud appreciating claps between songs, it didn’t deter the heavy slow-moving death machine from mowing forward, trampling all and everything in its way.
Yes, the sound had made an impressive upswing from the earlier bands of the day, and Grave’s slow beats sounded incredibly heavy while blasted out over the walls of the old army fort where they played.

The band-members headbanged away, but apart from that not much was to be seen from a performance view-point, and as death metal seemed to have a hard time getting through to me this day, I must sadly say that even though I’m sure they did a good job playing, I still ended up feeling at a loss of words and quite unaffected by Grave’s show…
