Evergrey

Karmøygeddon - 2012

The festival is approaching an end now and the second to last band is Evergrey, a progressive metal band from Sweden.

There are a lot more people here now for this concert than for the rest of the bands today, but it is still possible to move around a bit.
The selection of songs makes the start of the concert rather slow.
The band does have an incredible light show that adds a lot to the experience, they seem to have put a lot of effort into it and it is worth it.

Even with 5 people on stage including one keyboard player, the sound is once again clear.
The only flaw from this concert was the guitar (+drum) solo that was totally useless at the end (just before the song A Touch Of Blessing).
As it seems to be usual here at Karmøygeddon, towards the end of the concert there are less and less people present.
